Here you will find a team of  distillers (much like their gin) who embody both character and style, with a generous measure of knowledge, nestled quietly on the beautiful East Coast of Ireland in Tenure Co. Louth.

An established Gin School, steeped in botanicals, copper stills and brimming with endless possibilities for the secret distillers & enthusiasts within us, Listoke Gin School remains the only Gin School in Ireland. 

While the school is presently closed to the public during the pandemic, it's simply getting ready for the next batch of Gin distilling students! and looking forward to re-opening when it is safe to do so.
